Hello everyone.
Can you please help with my tank, not sure what is going on.
First clownfish had some red mark on the face, it had this from the beginning. I've been told that is possible burn from the anemone.. ‍♂️
I did not have the anemone from beginning in the tank but I said OK, I will watch the fish as they told me..
Now clownfish is death last night.
Today I discovered some discoloration on hexataenia body ‍♂️.
Please see pictures attached, first of clownfish that gone, and hexataenia... Also I think that I saw small one white dot on anglefish, or maybe just I started to panic..
Please, please help..

Did the clownfish show ANY other symptoms? Was it eating well and breathing normally?
The discoloration on the wrasse seems very generalized and not specific for any particular disease, is it breathing and eating normally?

Hi, thanks for your answer.
The clownfish two days before the end was not eating, swimming by the bottom of the tank, been very slow, not active at all and heavily breathing.Wrasse still eating, I think breathing normy, only is not that fast as before, it seems like the fish get slow down..

So today, fish only show up after light comes up just for the moment. The wrasse eats and then disappeared. The fish was not fast and energetic as before. I managed to do few pictures.
Is this can be the "uronema marinum"??
I added more garlic into the food.
Is the "Herbatana" it is a good idea?
As the Flux RX can help also for the fish??
I don't know what to do.. ‍♂️

The first two products you mentioned are "tonics", and don't address aggressive disease. The Flux Rx is an anti-fungal, and external fungal diseases are virtually non-existent in marine fishes.
The rapid breathing and lethargy in the clown may have been velvet. I'm ruling out water quality issues just based on the soft coral in the one pic, they would be affected along with the fish if that was the issue.
There really isn't anything you can do for the wrasse unless you can catch it and move it to a treatment tank.
Then, I would dose with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic such as Neomycin or Furan-2.

All of them for me looks fine, getting opened fully every day but I m just the beginer so not sure.
I will do the water test again today and will post the results later.

No - I meant that IF you had a water quality issue in the tank, the corals would look bad, and they don't seem to..so I'm assuming the water is fine.

It is often impossible to diagnose a fish disease just from a photograph. What I do is try to rule out various diseases and then pick the most common remaining disease- in this case bacteria.
