They are all aussies, I still am working on capturing all the colors and details. When i get them on some rock and off the frag rack i can slow down the shutter. I cant while i hold it or it will be a blur. As i am sure you know.

Oh BTW I got a sweet tripod that will allow you to flip the camera over the top and it will hold it nice and steady pointing straight down into the tank.

thats some interesting motion. but that bobbing in the center makes me really nervous as to how much hydrostatic pressure its putting on the tank. how much bracing do you have around the top?

Al, The bracing at the top is top notch. There is 2 small openings for the tank and the center overflow. I had it build this way to take the stress of waves, and for the added strength of the center overflow.
So instead of the standard 3 opening top on a 18 there's just 2 smaller ones. with almost 2 ft of solid acrylic across the top. Its been running like this for 4+ mos now. I have the tank set with a lazer for level. (Percs of being a carpenter) I inspected the tank daily at first, and now just every week or so for the seams. Most of the weight still pushes down i would think.
