That is actually really nice rock, not a fan of the color too much but the structure, caves and pores are very realistic. The name is a little confusing though Real Reef Manmade Live Rock.

Looks excellent, but how does the density compare to real ocean rock? One thing I always notice is how much heavier the man made stuff is. I would assume the surface area available for bacteria to populate is far less then real ocean rock.

Real Reef is a brand name.

The color looks very realistic in a tank. Many years ago we use to get Tonga rock and the shapes, density, and color of this rock is very similar. We have been using Real Reef for 10+ years without issues. This rock is not your typical manmade rock. Every piece is unique, it is not too dense, it has every bit of nooks and crannies and surface area as real rock with no unwanted hitchhikers, it's made with all natural ingredients.

This is pretty nice for manmade. In the past manmade look like it came out of a mold and very unrealistic, this rock looks every bit like real rock when it's first taken off the reef.
