Gulf rock came in. Was just a one day ship for me so I wasn’t expecting it to be so stank. I was planning to photograph it but was so alarmed my wife was going to freak out when she got home that I quickly unpacked it and moved it to a tank in my shed to cycle. I stuck a small piece in my tank and am hoping it will be ok. Threw the ammonia badge up just in case.
Rock looks nice and should have a good amount of stuff make it but there I just no way I could put it in tank as is.

Haha. I had to hurry up and get it all unpacked before my girlfriend came home.

I have 3 clams on the top left rock. One is opening, 2 are not. Should I pull out the ones that don’t open or give it more time?

I only saw one and it was for sure dead. If they are not gaping open, I would say they have a shot.

Haven’t posted in a minute. Played in some live sales and got a couple of my old corals back from a local to see if I could keep acros going yet. Still fighting some cyano but that isn’t the end of the world.

Wanted to post my lights so I don’t lose it later. Added some more acros I used to have from locals. Have a dosing system on the way.

Did you get that gulf rock in the tank yet? Also, how do you like that Prism ato?
I did. I put one piece per day in until I felt like I had passed my rock limit.
I like the prism so far. Just glad I found one that fits and works with this tank.

Ordered a battlebox that should be here on Tuesday! One of the best things in the whole hobby IMO. Will post pics when it shows up.

Here’s a great add-on product, if you are not familiar with it. I put on on my 20-gallon IM AIO— don’t know how I ever did without it. Best wishes!

As I impatiently await my Battlebox tomorrow, I will list what the “dream” box would be and then I’ll compare to what Adam actual picked tomorrow. I ordered a 4 piece box which means Adam will usually ship 5. :)

1. Rainbow Tenuis of some sort
2. Aquatic Man
3. Bubble Bath Unicorn
4. Space Laser
5. Ken Berry or HyperBerry

any of those would knock my socks off lol.

Battlebox was a winner as always! Got some great pieces that I am excited to grow out. Of my above list, I just got a rainbow tenuis but still love his choices and have always wanted a pink Cadillac.

Court Jester came in at 3” long and was not in as good of shape as my previous orders from LA. Everything else was Divers Den and since this was a captive fish that ships from the same facility as DD (Rhinelander), I thought it would be good. It’s not skinny or anything but it’s fins are frayed and not blemish free.

My powerheads are way overpowered for the tank and it’s taken a bunch of tweaking to get them to what’s hopefully their final resting place which is at the back of the tank. It’s blown a bunch of sand around and it’s all over everything but hopefully it’s getting settled now.
