Only use gfo as a periodically used tool to keep algae at bay otherwise constant continued use will cause your corals to lack from complete depletion of phosphate. I try to use only when needed and test to keep my numbers as around 0.03 ppm. Hope this helps and welcome to the community... best wishes with your reefing experiences.
