For the last 3 days, my ammonia, nitrate and nitrite levels have been holding steady at high ppms. Should I be worried or is this normal for a cycling tank? Just setup on Monday.

Agree, normal, it takes longer to get the cycle complete especially if not using any bacteria in a bottle.

Couldn't agree more. Did you start with live or dry rock? Are you using an ammonia source?

I used live rock and sand, and I dosed with ammonia. Levels have dropped to normal levels now!

That's good. Sounds like your cycle is coming along well. Don't rush things though. Your tank is going through some huge changes right now. Even if it seems that the cycle is complete soon, I would give it a few more weeks to allow things to even out before adding any livestock.
