Hippo Tang nipping my Solarensis Wrasse?

Is that normal for a hippo to be territorial towards a wrasse? I thought they were only mean to other tangs. What can I do to stop this? everytime the wrasse goes towards the middle of the tank the hippo fly's over and scares him back behind the rocks.

Hippo tangs can be aggressive my old hippo made my male hooded wrasse jump and he seemed to chase the other fish alot. This was in a 200 gallon the fish just need to be in large tank.
