Just got some hermit crabs with extra shells today, a turbo snail and sand sifting star fish. And I just noticed I have some shrimp with it. Not sure what kind yet but I’m hoping my crabs don’t eat them. The shrimp are very small and hard to see. Hopefully a few can survive!

Don’t worry, they are really fast. That is their size, and they will multiply. They will be part of your microfauna, together with copepods, amphipods, and other small creatures. I am sure in few months you will have lots of them, and they are fun to watch.

Aren’t copepods bad? Or are they food Ford my inverts?
