Is it breathing better after the FW dip?? I hope he makes it. Good on you for taking him though, hope you can save him. Rescue fish are my favorites
Additionally, I did do the FW dip in a darker bucket and didn't see anything on the bottom once it was done. Not to say it's not there, but it wasn't visible.

Honestly, no. Or at least it's not visibly better yet. However, I'm aware that gill flukes aren't often removed from a FW dip.

But the fact it's in this state and survived (so far) 5 mins in a FW gives me hope the fish is a fighter. I hope that the PraziPro starts to work, but really it's a matter of trying to kill the lifecycle of all the eggs and adults (if it is indeed flukes).

I'm still mulling over doing another FW dip in 48 hours and repeating as necessary, but TBD.

I wouldn’t do a second dip, just go to prazi for now.

I'll second the diet comment. Angel formula is a great one and if he'll eat nori that's also great. Raw shrimp may get it to start nibbling at things. I've had great success using this to get fish to eat.
