Hello, what model Aquaking do you have?
also is it okay to go with an Aqueon or is the aqueon something completely different than the Aquaking?? Thanks

Seachem Tidals are pretty good. I just saw that Aquamaxx came out with a new power filter that looks really nice. Id love to try it out but my current tanks are Waterboxes so no need.

You could technically use it. But I would ditch the stock filters and make a media rack with eggcrate. Im not sure how much room you will have inside for floss and whatever else you plan to use. But if you need more room down the line you could always upgrade later.

Just make sure you have good flow in the display. Many HOBs aren’t enough unless you are using one rated for a larger tank.
