What’s wrong here? What should I do?

I don’t even know if I want to keep this coral… I don’t want it to disturb my other corals. Thoughts on cabbage leathers’ toxicity?
Thank you!

Leathers often do this especially if food landed on it and rotted, there’s a worm within and a shedding

Should I remove and inspect for a worm? I have no worms in my tank but just got this leather… so a worm may have came on it?

You should be able to see it if there’s one. Just keep an eye on it
