Cabinets in, exterior being painted, I'm painting the interior walls and possibly trim this weekend!

Working on the interior this weekend! Wall paint half done then onto doors and trim hopefully finish that tomorrow!

Moving quickly! The house has locks and a garage door! All my wall painting is done. The trim, doors, and window wraps have all been put in, so I have those to paint. Cabinets and knobs all in. Hooking up water this weekend. Then propane tank being installed next week. Plumbers here tuesday to put in the toilets/faucets/shower fixtures. Electricians in wednesday to install all the switches/outlets/light fixtures. The on demand propane water heater and orkin splits will be installed next week also!

Looking good they are going to have to hurry up to get you in by Halloween, must be exciting.

Monday install correct water heater, check water connections, & propane connections, gutter guy coming... Then, Fix items on pre-punch list- biggest are the 2 window panels that are cracked. And our excavator will be out Monday-wed to put in rain drains and do finish grade...

Also, garage door on and painted! And the semi trailer is finally gone!

Well, walk through friday! Excited other than the ceiling seam for the vault has to be cut out and redone... then, then, we will be able to move in! Scheduled movers for the day before American Thanksgiving!
