Has anyone tried to use or had any problems with using delivered RO water in the 5 gallon bottles? Our family already gets water delivered to our home because the city water is terribly hard and taste so. If the bottled water is proper for the tank, then I may just add a bottle or two to our normal delivery schedule.

from what i know, the di resin really helps to remove the remaining particles from the water so it hits that target of 0 tds. i don't know what the tds of plain ro water is though, and if it would hurt your tank.

Does the company provide an analysis?

My primary concern for tap water is copper. If the level was guaranteed low enough, I'd likely use it.
