Both sales are pretty much the sale, but Flash sales are shorter and smaller, usually 5-6 hours and usually under 1500 frags.

Just to clarify: Store Credit is allowed at all times during any sale. Rewards Points redemption or any coupon codes are not allowed on Live Sale items.
