I’m currently feeding red and green nori daily. LRS, Rods, and Spirulina mysis shrimp daily as well.

My culture of live black worms are arrive early next week and I will feed them the worms 3-4 times a week.

What else am I missing @Paul B ?

How can I get omega 3’s in the food? What additives? Also, what supplements can I add that my current food doesn’t already contain.

By next week I will have 11 tangs in my 400 gallon tank. I have an oversized 80 watt UV with 5 micron socks to reduce population of ich.

Nutrition is the only thing that I’m not fully confident in. I want omega 3(?) because if oils have anything to do with slime coat...I’ll take it.

Also, what vitamins and nutrients do blackworms contain that make it so special compared to frozen food that has clams, shrimp, and squid?

I think with a wide range of live foods your fish do not need supplements.
In the wild fish eat what they can scavage and there is usually not much to go around.
Look to Reeds for things you might want to add.

Paul will give us his thoughts im sure... #_*
