How Do I Get My Pics to Show on Discussions List?

My title may not be very clear, so I'll try to explain.... I update my build thread frequently with pictures. When I viewed my "subscribed discussions" list, I used to be able to the most recently upload picture (i upload directly from my iPhone) from the list screen (without haven't to click on the thread). My Pics are not showing up any more, however. Is there a way I can fix this?
