How do i keep my bacteria alive?

After 3 weeks of cycling with fritz turbo start 900. I have a working cycle. It takes 48 hours to process ammonia nitritr to nitrate. Im going to add fish on monday. But i dont want the bacteria to die from today till monday. Do i add more ammonia?
