How do I tell if someone is a good or bad bristleworm?

Hello everyone!
Fairly new to owning a saltwater tank.
I just posted because I purchased a rock for my nano stomatella snail tank and it has bristleworms.

My other tank has had bristleworms for a little bit longer. I was told they are effectively harmless and haven't worried about them.
However, in doing research for the stomatella snails I have become worried if the worms in that tank are fireworms or another form of dangerous bristle worm.

Some of the guides online seem to say to check size. However, mine seem to come in many different sizes.

How can I tell if my bristleworms are dangerous?

It’s probably bristle worms, fire worms are pretty rare. However, photos would help confirm.

Here are some differences between the two:

Fire worms are generally wider and flatter than bristle worms
Fire worms typically have more vibrant colors. Bristle worms are usually a pale red-brownish color.
Fire worm spikes look fluffier, almost like little pom-poms, while bristle worms’ spikes are usually pretty thin and straight.

If you get some photos of them under white light some people here may be able to identify

I think these may be clear enough? Sorry my cameras aren't the best.
There are many of them from two different PetCo locations.

It’s hard to see but they look like bristle worms.

I might move the other rock to get better photos. The ones under that one seem to be a bit bigger and I saw one stealing food from my Nassarius.

These are the recent ones from my last PetCo trip.

Can I isolate them in the bowl for a while to lower their population? I don't know if I want this many.

I think your fish will make a quick meal of those.

I don't have any fish, I just keep snails and a singular itty bitty zoa(?).

Although, I think the zoa may have died.
I don't know if they would harm stomatella. but they look easy enough to just remove with tweezers. might be food competition.

They're quick. I've already spent a lot of time removing them and it feels like their getting better at evading my tweezers.

It's also easy to cut in half. Definitely going to keep trying.

I'll leave them in with my Nassarius, Astrea, and other snail. But am gonna try and limit their population in my Stomatella tank for good measure.

I might leave a food ones alive to help clean up.
