Hello,

I was wondering if any of you had a special technique to remove mushrooms that are well attached to the rock.

You know when it's invasive...

My own technique is ... well let just say harsh ;):
I scrap the bottom feet with the rock, usually end up tiring apart the mushroom a bit with any sharp tool

Sometimes, when I can I remove the rock, it's easier, but you can't always do this.

I'm afraid to use kalk with a syringe in my nano it could easily mess up the ph/alk

If you can see where the foot it attached, you can take a cheap but sharp chisel for woodworking, and gently slice the live rock below the foot leaving some material to glue to a disk. My live rock cuts quite easily but I have had a few areas that needed a little bump on the chisel with the heel of my palm.
