How large of a tank do you need for a wartskin angler?

I'm thinking about setting up a species tank for a wartskin angler (I blame @Gumbies R Us for the itch. He started a thread that has me thinking about seriously doing this...). How big of a tank is necessary? How long do these guys live? What tips can you give for success?

I'm starting my deeper level research on this idea before moving forward, so any help is appreciated.

Maybe you should start a build thread to document your findings?
I guess you could keep it in a 5 gallon bucket short term but it might be interesting to find out what you discover about this fish.
Are you going to start breeding salt water mollies for feeding? Lots of questions for sure,…
