I taped and silicones a baffle in my new sump and I went to pull off the tape and it looks like the silicone is stuck to the tape. Do I need to wait till the silicone is completely cured to remove it all or did I wait too long to pull it off?
what is the usual amount of time after applying silicone to remove the tape?

Remove the tape right after you wipe the silicone. Do not let it dry at all beforehand!

Ah dang okay I think I might have to redo the entire thing since I let it sit for like 15 minutes before trying to peel it off. This is how it looks but I think I messed it up. It looks like I added too much silicone too.

Should I wait and let it dry to remove or remove it while it is still uncured?
I would clean it off right away. You don't want to have to scrape cured silicone off of the other silicone that your tank is sealed with. If your gonna remove it before it cures just be really careful not to make a mess. That stuff will spear everywhere. Use a razor blade or 2.

Just run a blade close to the tapeto make a clean cut, then scrape away the tape if it doesn't peel. Next time remove it straight away after tooling.
