I have a 40g AIO and noticed some brown guys walking on a rock, I looked them up and they came out to be Acoel Flatworms? I probably never noticed them since I had a 6 line, but I recently took it out due to aggression. So I went ahead and treated the tank with FWE, the first one on normal dosage, and 2nd round with 2x to clear out what's leftover. So now I am curious if I can dose again and skip the water change and just run carbon after? I only see like 1 or 2 on the glass now, probably leftover stragglers.

And how long does FWE stay in the tank? I know if it was a crazy amount of say Red Planaria then it would be wise to water change. Would like some input on this and what others think.

Thanks

Although you can dose again, be sure to siphon the dead flatworm daily as they are capable of releasing toxins

I just see like 1 or 2 after the first 2 rounds. So I think I'm safe from any crazy toxins.
Then comes eggs. For the next 14 days also look daily for the presence of eggs
