I just resealed my 150g tank yesterday what would be the optimal time to wait before filling to check for leaks

I would wait a minimum 48 hours. Usually silicone cures within 24 hours but what's an extra day just to make sure

Not sure I totally see the point of 7 full days. It's widely known that silicone cures and bonds rather quickly. If your overly cautious then I would wait 3-4 days. Anything more than that is a little long and 3-4 days I feel is way long enough.

I'll wait til 3 days and give it a whirl, should I fill it completely in one shot or fill it sections at a time
