I never have luck using lemon juice, boiling water, vinegar, aptasia x, or Joe’s juice. I have even tried superglue and kalk which both work great “if” you have the perfect angle and can access it from the top down.

So I pulled a double fist sized rock that has about 8 of the little f’ers at all angles. Should I soak in rodi for a few days? Leave it in the garage for a week, how can I make sure they are dead without using a vinegar, bleach, or muriatic acid soak?

The fact that you can take the rock out gives you many options.
If you allow the rock to dry out completely that should kill them off.
