Price seems great. I'm still debating if I should go with the 24" x200 instead without t5s. Since the tank is 30"x24 and I will end up with 2 islands on each side, I'm curious how much shading there will be from the x150 vs how much light spillage there will be from 200. Don't want to light the room too much. Decisions decisions ...

You could cant the x200 slightly back. Or add a floating canopy around th light to block the spillage

So I am thinking about ordering these. On a 150g 72 1/2 x 18 1/2 x 28 1/2 Kevin suggested 2 x300. Do you guys think good or should I get 3? Or maybe 2 x300?

Also when order do we need to tell him what lenses and layout?

Stocking plans? And mounting height limits? You have 2 choices that make sense to me. 1st 2 x200 mounted about 13-15inch off the water running at a peak of 45-50% per channel. That would give plenty of light for both mixed reef and sps. Only issue with sps would be low on the far sides. Place them higher and be good to go. Second would be 2 x300 ran at a peak of 40-45% at 13 inches off the water. At that you can grow sps on the sandbed from end to end!
Layout, ask for the superblue. I designed it off the g5blue!

Lenses 120, thats standard and superblue is the custom layout that grows and colors coral at peak performance!

Thanks! I ordered 2 x200's.
Awesome. When you get them plugged in, switch your ph wifi over to the mirage x200. (Download the aquazealer app from the store first). After connected to the x200 wifi open the app. Tap on the device found and your ready to play lol

This may be different from what you're looking for, but I have a custom 3 foot wide tank by 6 feet long and 31" tall. A lot of area to cover with light. I'm growing SPS all the way down to softies in successfully.

I went with a 60" Aquatic life fixture - 4 T5 80 Watt bulbs. And then 3 Hydra 52 LED fixtures mounted perpendicular to the tank (from front to back in between each of the tank braces). The LEDs mounted in between the two sets of bulbs. so there's two t5s at the front, then LED then two more T5s. This lights up my entire tank really well and I've got solid growth on some acros now, so am feeling good about par throughout my tank. The fixture with the 3 Hydras and T5 bulbs was around $2k. The most expensive part of my tank other than the glass and stand.

That is great. I had a 4 bulb t5/led setup before switching to the x200. Whenvi did that i was able to remove the t5 and got increased growth and colors.
At 2k ill be able to put 6 lights over one of my 8x30x2
Or 8x36x2
