How many GPH on a pump head would be recommended for a 40 breeder?

Currently running a FOWL with 1 small Duncan coral and a mushroom what would be recommend for a pump head In GPH unit to compare online websites

For a return pump, 500 gph should satisfy the tank's needs. You can always add extra flow with a powerhead. Something like an MP10 would be enough since you can adjust the flow up and down as needed.
