How many of you guys are running different spectrums of light throughout your day (not including ramp up/down)?

I'm thinking about running part of my day at a solid blue spectrum, part of the day at a whiter spectrum (mimicking mid-day), and part of the day at around 18.5k (AB+ settings). Anybody doing any of this? I'm currently running AB+ which is fine...I'm just curious...and tinkering...

I run my halides for 8hrs.
My OR3 light bars, two, come on 15 min before and go off 15 minutes after halides are on. Same at the end.
The OR3 bars also come on for 4 hours for peak lighting mid day.
The colors of my corals and the whole tank are noticably better when the OR3 bars are on.
1 blue plus and 1 blue sky.

My radions ramp up then to AB+ for a few hours. Then the whites turn down some to the schedule WWC runs on their 1500, which is a blue/white look. Then the whites then off off completely for the evening where I run full blues for a few hours, then finally the blue channel turns down to 50% so I can get really good pop from the other channels before ramp down.

I run a modified AB+ with ramp up and down along with moonlighting. I do a 3 hour peak midday where I bump up the whites. Figured it’s like high noon in the Caribbean.

So...here's what I'm considering...

12-hour photoperiod

9 AM - ramp up for 15 min
9:15 AM - Blues at 100%
11 AM - Ramp up to AB+
11:15 AM - AB+ settings
2 PM - Ramp up to Full Whites
2:15 PM - Full whites
4 PM - Ramp down to AB+
4:15 PM - AB+
7 PM - Ramp down to blues at 100%
7:15 PM - Blues at 100%
8:45 PM - Ramp down
9 PM - Off

Any thoughts on this? Is my mid-day too long?

In my 22 gallon Nano I run my whites first then add in blues an hour later so Whites on 7 Am with 15 minute ramp up. Blues on at 8 AM. Both White and Blues at 50% intensity Whites off at 4 Pm Blues off at 10 pm. Corals are growing great no complaints in last 4 months or so. Spent a lot of time slowly tweaking in lights since I don’t have a par meter (yet).
