How many of you use Lanthanum Chloride to reduce phosphates?

Thanks for the info fellow reefers.
I plan on using it slow and sparingly as to not shock anything. In addition, it is a new thing that I would be using, so I am optimistic, but cautious at the same time. Again thanks.
