Can you show me what is in your way? Not sure exactly.
Youll see banner behind alert, if youre slightly off you keep getting advert instead of alert.

Love mobile site - it's the one I use mainly.
Regarding ad banners behind alerts - I usually enlarge my alert button 1st, then hit alert-quickest way for me not to inadvertently hit ads.

Is it always like that? Are you logged in? I can't reproduce it.

In my case -I have a Samsung -it only occurs if my R2R is not at full screen. If I have the screen view in the narrow mode then an ad will be half hidden under 'Alerts' . If I'm typing fast in that narrow screen mode it is easy to hit the ads then.
Full screen mode it doesn't show.

If I want to access my alerts inbox or any of the other links I just zoom in on it

Way to much work. Have to keep in mind many of us suffer from LARS. It's a very serious and debilitating condition that often extends to many aspects of life.

I use this site on my iPhone in safari. Tonight all of a sudden the site "recommends" I download the R2R app. Did something change?

I asked @revhtree the same question. He's not aware of anything changing, but does want to know if others are experiencing this. It's odd for sure as the"official" word from the R2R admin is that the mobile version will generally better serve our members than the app (though we understand that may not be the preference of every member).

I closed out of it and it hasn't reappeared. Was just a strange occurrence, and I remembered running across this thread and mentioned that the site performs better outside of the ap!

The issue was something within the tapatalk side of thing. This is another reason why I want to get rid of TT.

One issue I found with a forum that only uses the web browser is getting black listed by security software. Example in the aquarium forums the Nano reef forum. Had a virus uploaded several years ago on their forum. An their ip address is now on a blacklist for security programs. Here at work I can no longer access the forum. Even thou the issue was resolved years ago now. It the site was never removed from the security black list. I tlaked to the forum owner about this at MACNA.
