Multiple times a day here.

auto feeder drops a variety of pellets 2x a day

Nori in tank almost 24/7

1x a day - Frozen food 2 cubes, 4ml amino acid, scoop of powdered coral food mix. Occasionally baby brine if I get the hatchery out.

phytoplankton- I’ll buy a bottle of live phyto every couple months, use it for a week or 2 until it’s gone.

Auto feeder 4 times a day running Reef Nutrition TDO Chroma Boost. Nori sheets a few times a week. If I wasn't so lazy and forgetful, I would do at least one frozen feeding a day of Rod's Original blend.

My reef is a mixed SPS dominated system.

Pellets (TDO Chroma Boost, Seaweed Extreme, Black Worm pellet mix) 3 times per day via auto-feeder. Nori added daily and I feed a heavy frozen meal (alternate LRS Reef Frenzy with Herbivore Frenzy, with extra PE Mysis added in) each evening. Live baby brine shrimp & black worms are also fed a couple times per week.

Heavy LPS mixed tank.
