Right now I'm feeding a mix of pellets ie. PE Mysis, NLS, etc soaked in Selcon and Aminos via an Eheim auto feeder twice a day.

I also have Nori, but don't feed it daily.

I also have frozen mysis, but once again, don't feed it very often.

What is the best feeding schedule for a YT to keep happy and healthy?

I've been feeding 10-12 times a day while acclimating new anthias. Every fish in the tank (including the tang) is just excited to eat the 12th time as it was the 1st time.

If you dont have much algae growth I'd be feeding nori daily.

Once a day. My fish are all fat and healthy after 3 years.

I offer a quarter sheet to my two tangs daily and it goes every day. I used to offer an entire sheet but as the tank started developing algae they started grazing and would leave much of the sheet untouched. A quarter sheet is enough right now.
