I have a cube 25 peninsula waterbox
I was wondering how much I can stock the tank with. I have a protein skimmer. I was just going to fil it with soft corals like hammers and torches.
I was thinking:

2 clowns

Longnose hawkfish

Royal gramma

A sand sifting goby

Fire fish

And a goby to pair with a pistol shrimp

And if there are any good fish that help with tank health I would like to know.

For inverts I was just going to have:

Cleaner shrimp

Porcelain anemone crab

pistol shrimp

and a cleanup crew.

If there is anything I should not put it or switch with something else please let me know.

Longnose Hawkfish could be a problem with the shrimp and porcelain crab. They are considered coral safe but not necessarily invert safe.

I love royal grammas, but they can be hiders. An alternative with good color and generally out and about would be a fairy wrasse.

I was wondering if it could be a problem. Is it possible to keep the inverts with it or should I just stay away from them?

We tried arc eye and flame Hawkfish. Unfortunately they carpet surfed so we never had one long enough to see that they would be a problem. I do have a mesh top on the aquarium, after losing the first one, and then forgetting to close the feed doors on the other two.

We ended up getting a Falco Hawkfish as we love the way they perch and I was told they are the least likely to take out inverts. We haven’t had a problem with him and we have peppermint, skunk and a coral banded shrimp. That being said we have him in a 210g Red Sea S1000, so could be different in a smaller tank.

I also read, long nose may not take prepared foods. Not sure about this, but it was on one site I read.

Best order of introduction for the fish would be (based on aggresion levels):

1. firefish
2. goby and pistol
3. royal gramma
4. hawkfish
5. Clowns
