I bought a three stage filter as it was in a sale and i want to add a DI stage to remove any thing that gets through, at what stage do i add this in my filter so that it works? Any help would be great. I have also added a picture of my filter underneath.

What @exnisstech said, look up the "RO Buddie" and it's a blueprint for what you're making.

You don't need any more pressure for the di stage than the RO. I can't remember what the recommended pressure is tho. I run an RO buddy booster pump on my system. I'll just throw this out there. You may want to get a canister to add the di stage. I think it would be more economical but am not sure.
EDIT: I would add a tds meter after the di stage so you know when it's depleted.
