Hey all. I recently lost everything in my nano tank to some disease or another (everything except a single clown has perished in 2 days. I have him in copper now but my hopes are low) I want to convert the nano into a hospital tank for the larger 50 gal waterbox I have full of water that I was about to cycle. idiotically I put the rocks from my nano tank in there so now its probably infected too. rather than sit around for 10 weeks I want to just dry out the tanks and start new. If i just dry the bigger tank with a towel and sun dry the rock will that be good enough? I am unable to sundry the larger tank just down to space and a dodgy neighborhood. any help would be appreciated.

I'd recommend not having rock in a hospital tank but here is how i would clean it
Remove all sand and rock
Drain it down to like 10%
Clean all glass with algae scrubber
Drain the rest of the water
Wipe the whole tank down with a towel
Let it sit for a few days
