How to get rid of green spots on back of tank.

Not sure what these green spots are, some type of algae. Tried scrubbing it off, didn’t work. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

The way those are growing they look like coraline algae? Could that be? If so most of us like the way it helps keep bad hair and other algae off the glass. Hard to be sure from picture.
