So I have a ton of pods unexpectedly in frag tank and want to move them to my refugium in my main tank. Any suggestions how to get them off the glass and into my fuge?

You could use a pod hotel or cut a yard sign into little squares and make a cube out of it. Leave it in your frag tank and they’ll make their way into the porous structure then you can move over to DT

If you're looking for a natural way, chaeto works well. Leave a handful in the frag tank over night then transfer.
