How to muffle alarm from skimmer overflow sensor by autoaqua?

How can I muffle the alarm beeping of the https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/smart-skimmer-security-autoaqua.html? I contactd the company and the alarm beeping can't be stopped. But maybe I can wrap the plug (where the sound comes from) in something to quiet it so I dont hear it when I'm sleeping (?). Any ideas? I'm dealing with very frequent skmmmer overflows :-?

That alarm major negative really outweigh the positives.

Take the alarm off until your skimmer breaks in....
First issue, deal with why your skimmer is overflowing.....

i'm sure there are different organics etc at the water at differnt times, therefore the skimmer is more active at sometimes compared to others. I'm just asking how to make the sound less audible thanks
