How to sex Fire Shrimp/Diamond Goby for pairing?

Hello fellow reefers,

I have an established Fire Shrimp and Diamond Watchman Goby in my tank that I would love to have a pair of, but I was wondering about having to sex them in order to pair them?

Can you guys point me in the right direction?

In regards to the diamond goby heres something i found on another forum.

"Sexing gobies is not always easy. Some can be sexed by the forward dorsal fin, the male having a spiked longer fin while the female is closer to the body and less elaborate. The easiest way as with clowns is size. The female will typically be the larger of the two."
