Sure - it depends on what level of oxidation you want to achieve. A 1:10 solution will kill everything and bleach all the algae. Adding 80 ml per gallon will kill protozoan parasites, and not require as much rinsing afterwards. You need to rinse really well and use dechlor afterwards.

Would this damage the silicone or plastic on the pumps im thinking its going to be better then guess work because im sure im reinfecting my qt tank because of this main tank I have ich become present half way through copper power treatment at 2.05 and above never dropped below on the hanna im thinkingbif I nuke the tank with bleach leaving it an amount of days then do 100 percent waterchanges with just plain ro water to dilute it every 3 days for a week would that be good enough to get the bleach out then add fresh saltwater and use something to cycle it

I’ve never heard of thin bleach, but it has sodium hydroxide in it, regular household bleach doesn’t. You want to use 5.25% sodium hypochlorite with no other additives. I see now that you are n the UK. I’m in the US. I’d suggest you call a good pet store n your area to see what kind of bleach is best to use.

Does your local pet store know of a brand? I use GFS bleach, but that isn’t available in the UK I bet.

Would you know if this contains any harmful ingredients that will be hard to remove once done

That label says it contains surfactants, soaps and perfume - you should not use that. I buy chlorine granules for my hot tub, those would work I think.
