How worried should I be of my zoas?

I recently added a frag of zoas to my tank. First coral I've ever had. I've read up a bit about their toxicity. How worried should I be? I'm fairly neurotic. Thanks!

Healthy caution, I think is the statement I would use. As long as you are not fragging them, mishandling them, and washing your hands after handling them, then you will be fine. Also avoid fluids to the eyes, or mouth.

You do not need to worry about their toxicity if you do not boil or damaging them. Use proper ppe when fragging and always wash your hands when you handle them!

What kind of zoas are they? Gloves are always a good idea but I wouldn't stress about it too much.

I'm not sure. They are neon green in the middle and lighter green outside.

No worries and if fragging them, safety glasses and latex gloves while handling them (precautionary)

Close. Not quite as cool looking as those but very close.

Some are very toxic, but as long as they are in water they are safe. If you touch them wash your hands, if you pull them out of water wear gloves and a eye protection or better yet a face shield just so your mouth is covered too.

Not quite. The center is bright green but not the majority. I'll post a pic in the morning.

It’s palys that are really a toxic “threat” not zoas so much...
And of the palys it’s the grandis ones, to even further pin point.
