Anyone else have this issue? It was working fine a couple weeks f hours ago, then it turned off and it won’t turn back on. App can’t connect to it, can’t do a hard reset on it. It’s about 6-7 weeks old. The other light on the tank is fine.

I tried. It didn't work unfortunately. The light on the button doesn't turn on at all either.

Last year I basically had the same issue with a hydra 26 Which was still covered under the one year warranty. I called AI and after trying the same things you tried to get it to turn on, which didn’t work, they sent me a Brand new hydra 26 the next day. I did request next day shipping which I gladly paid. Give them a call it was a very easy process as long as you have the receipt.

AI support had me send it back. So I sent it off today, hopefully they can fix it or give me a replacement.
