Legs seem shorter and thicker than a brittle star, but maybe. Theres also 6 legs, dont brittle stars have 5?

Looks like it’s missing most of its legs (length not number).

Yeah, if that's the case it does look like a brittle star. All the mini brittles in my tank are black and white, and this is brownish red and with the shorter legs I thought it was something else.

I'm gonna dig around tonight and see if I can find one with full legs to confirm the id.
