Hydroids?

A friend of mine from our reef club sent me a picture from his tank of some pests he has encountered. Are these hydroids? At first glance I thought they were aiptasia but the closer I look I don't think so. The second photo I blew up to show the "toothed" appearance of the tentacles.

Looks like anthelia to me.

Definitely anthelia but that is a strange manner in which it’s growing. It’s almost pretending to be aiptasia.
