I finally have had my tank along enough and am ready for corals so I picked up a smaller GSP today and before I pulled it out of the container with water I see this spike ball type thing moving like an octopus would. But it is very small. Wondering what it is and if I should be worried? (Removed for picture and still in container by itself, coral in quarantine)

I'd highly recommend dipping that coral if you haven't already planned on doing so. There's likely more aiptasia (and other critters) hitching a ride and you don't want that in your display tank

Aptasia? ...not so sure without a clearer picture. And especially based on your description of 'spike ball thing moving like an octopus would' ! Aptasia don't move like octopus.... I will refrain from guessing till a better image.

I can definitely grab a picture from the side. (I left it in the frag container) and also attached is a video can’t see to go til closer to the end. Sorry for the bad quality. There is no possibility that it’s just a polyp that busted off during transport home? (I don’t think that’s possible, but I am new!) thanks for giving me some help by the way!

Are there any fish I could get to help battle any future threats of it? I only have two clowns atm.
I think you're jumping the gun there. First, as far as hitchhikers, when in doubt, throw it out. Second, aiptasia are not that difficult to get rid of. No need to solve a problem you don't have.
