It was just hanging off the rock so I thought it was dying aptasia but I looked closer and it’s a spaghetti worm! I always thought their head ended in the stringy things but they’re all long the body! Thought maybe some people here might want to see it too o_O

Some will be found on glass, on top of rock and even near powerheads. They'll eventually go back to the sand in search of food/detritus

There is also a hair worm that has been lumped in with the spaghetti worm group. I think that is most likely what you have there.
