I am finding these white oval looking (what I assume to be) eggs. I found them on one rock and now I am finding them all over. What are they, are they bad, what do to get rid of them if needed?

Those look like pineapple sponges. Harmless filter feeders that typically show up in newer tanks.

Google pineapple sponges and compare.

Theyre called pineapple sponges they arent harmful they can increase in numbers pretty quickly but they wont hurt anything
So not to worry? Or should I be doing something to rid them or keep them away? Are they cause by to much nutrients?

Don't worry about them they are harmless filter feeders that normally appear in a mature tank with a good amount of bacterioplankton if anything its a good sign. If you don't like them you could scrape them away but I leave them in my systems.

I had thousands (no kidding) then slowly started disappearing around 6-mo mark. I probably only have a couple of dozens now but mostly in the sump
