So I setup a 20g aquarium with Nutri-Seawater and live sand. last night I bought a Yellow tang and will keep him in there for less than a month until I get my 75g. I am very worried about him because he keeps going to the top of the tank and he is breathing pretty fast someone help me!!!

!!! Welcome to R2R !!! I would do a water test and also aim that powerhead to the top to make some water movement and give more oxygen to the water.

@Brad Miller I used nutri-seawater which is ready water but not the chat has told me it’s a lie and i still need to cycle it. i only cycled for 4-5 days. I’m getting bio-spira and hopefully will save the fish and do a water change.

Welcome to r2r ! Grab some prime so you can lock the ammonia in until you can do a water change.
Yeah I’d get some bio spira and something like sea chem matrix in there for it to populate ASAP. Also an ammonia alert badge. Then you should be all set. Maybe feed sparingly for a day until the biospira has a chance to get going.
