I think this is a Bristle worm...? Can anyone confirm? It's in a pretty awkward place.. This terrible picture is the best I could get.

What should I be on the look out for?

It came out of hiding a little and I got another picture.
I think it's just a feather duster worm out of his tube?
There used to be one in the area but I thought it had died a long time ago.

Looks to me like a type of feather duster that's abandoned it's tube. They'll do this at times during stress. The crown looks like a regrowth from being recently shed as well.
