From what I’ve seen from Google images, I don’t think this is aiptasia, but I could be wrong. If not, any idea on what this is? Seems to be a very thin tube protruding from rock with short red/orange tentacles coming out of end of tube.
8 month old tank with live rock. Hopefully this zoomed in pic is ok.

Tube worm (Serpulidae sp.). Harmless filter-feeders.
There is a pest vermetid snail, a sessile, tube-worm-like snail, underneath the actual tube worm though. These rapidly multiply and secrete mucus that can smother coral. Glue the opening of the snail shut or crush the base of its shell where the snail resides:

Thank you! We actually did notice the vermatid shortly after taking this pic. I tried to break the snap of the rock, but only got the tube. Should I not try to manually remove them?

Can’t say for sure since I’ve never had to treat vermetid snails. Gluing and crushing seem to be recommended with equal frequency.
I have had good luck with glue but if you can crush it it doesn't leave behind the unsightly glue. I had a few in very problematic places and can't reach to glue or crush, might have to pull some rock out to get to them. I HATE them. My bumble bees are useless.
