I came home today to see this on my LT Tang. He has a spot on one side next to his head, and another similar spot on the other side on his stomach.

I can't really see much of anything except for the last pic.

Can you take some pics with whites on and post?

It's possible the fish scraped a rock or something. Again really hard to see much in pics.

Agree looks like it could be a coral sting but the blues need to go for better pics :)

No. I have had both of them for 3 months. They were together at the LFS and have always been ok with each other. They even hide under the same rock together if they get spooked.

i had an achilles tang that came in super clean and after being in mt QT developed same kinda mark on lower bottom side. i figured it was scrape wound and let it ride. it took atleast a month for it to disappear. but it did go away on its own. i didnt treat for it. Although i had CP in the QT as ich treatment.
Only other tank mate was a purple tang but i have separators so they were in 2 different sections.

He is big. He is as long as the LT. I have seen him chase the coral beauty from the clip but never the tangs.

I would like to thank everyone for their input. It has been a fews days and everything has cleared up. Im starting to notice my blenny being more aggressive so I have to go with drstardust was correct. Awesome diagnosis for what you had to go on. This hobby will never stop amazing me.
